City of San Antonio   Project: Fire Stations 52 & 53
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Both Fire Stations 52 & 53 consist of construction of a 3,450 sf fire station to include a 2-bay pre-engineered metal building to house fire apparatus equipment and bunker gear as well as a pre-fabricated quarters structure to be utilized for personnel housing. Project includes, but is not limited to, pre-engineered metal building construction, delivery/set up/and hookup of a 32 foot wide x 76 foot long double wide premanufactured building, paving improvements, fencing, utilities, electrical work, freeze protection heating, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, telecommunications work and U.S. Digital Designs Station Alerting System. Trades include architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, and plumbing.


City of San Antonio   Project: Frank D. Wing Municipal Courthouse
Location: San Antonio, Texas

This project involves the restoration and improvements to the Frank D. Wing Municipal Courthouse. Work involves construction of new walls and doors, cashier cage, remodel of judge's chamber, prosecutors room, defense room, and entrance. Allbrite provides the construction management for the project as well as self performance of work. Construction divisions include selective demolition, rough carpentry, concrete flatwork, architectural woodwork, fire safety, HVAC, electric, plumbing, data cabling, framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling, doors and hardware, paint, VTC, tile carpet and installation of security blast resistant barrier wall.


HEB Construction
Location: Statewide projects

Allbrite Construction has provided General Contracting services to HEB for the past 9 years. Allbrite themselves perform multiple aspects of contracts (carpentry, framing, paints & stain, drywall, concrete, HVAC, electric, etc.) as well as subcontracting specialty trades. Our work within HEB stores, offices, and warehouses are coordinated with each facility manager. Allbrite provides a schedule to meet the needs of the project as well as operational needs of the location.


Taco Cabana
Location: 2300 N. HWS 121 • Euless, Texas 76039


Project involved demolition of existing service area, kitchen, counters, bathrooms, fixtures and millwork, installation of new millwork, electrical fixtures, reworking HVAC ductwork, furr downs, flooring, tile, bathroom partitions, plumbing, and fixtures. The project involved six (6) separate stores that were gutted and remodeled in 6 weeks, with crews managed and working 24/7. Allbrite performed 60% of the work and subcontracted all specialty trades.



US Army Corp of Engineers   Project: General Douglas McArthur Parade Field
Location: Fort Sam Houston, Texas

This project involved multiple phases and multiple trades to complete the demolition, partial salvage, new construction, and modification of Grandstands at Fort Sam Houston's General Douglas McArthur Parade Field. Project include construction of marquees sign, extension of parade field grandstand, installation of AT-FP (Anti-terrorism Force Protection) bollards, installation of additional plumbing and electrical service, installation of irrigation system, salvage and reinstallation of existing canopy and bleachers, paint and ADA modifications, masonry wall construction. The masonry wall surrounds the installed AT-FP bollards.This project required certified payroll submission and compliance with Davis-Bacon Wage Act.


US Army Corp of Engineers
Project: Buildings 2264 & 2266
Location: Fort Sam Houston, Texas

The project required approval by Army Corp of Engineers prior to installation of any pond liner, epoxy, manhole, ladder rungs, rip-rap, and pumps. This project also required we submit weekly certified payrolls, in triplicate. Allbrite provided all submittals for approval on time so that all construction started on schedule.

Allbrite's scope of work was increased to include concrete work. The concrete portion of Allbrite's amended contract included elevator pits, slab on metal decks for the verandas, stucco repair, ADA ramp installation and wheelchair lift installation, stair modifications, plumbing and electrical trench pour backs, remove and replace flatwork, and install lamp pole bases. Allbrite successfully complete work on time and without incident.
With each phase and addition, Allbrite modified its safety plan to address all new hazards as required by the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements.
